How I Found My Way to Crystal Healing, Transformation, and Phoenix & Aura

For most of my life, I was the “good kid”—the one who always followed the rules, excelled in school, and worked hard as an employee. On the outside, it looked like I had it all figured out. But in recent years, I started feeling like something was missing. Day by day, I noticed changes in myself—I smiled less, complained more, and felt constantly weighed down by negativity and fear.

My work environment didn’t help. The office drama was worse than a reality TV show, and it left me feeling stuck and exhausted. I tried everything to get back to feeling like myself—seeing my doctor, taking supplements, exercising, reading, resting—but nothing seemed to work. No matter what I did, the heaviness remained.

Then, almost by accident, I discovered crystals. At first, I was drawn to their beauty, but as I read about crystal healing and the power of manifestation, something clicked. I wasn’t sure if it would work for me, but I decided to try.

It all started with listening. I began slowing down and tuning in—to the crystals, to my heart, and to the energy around me. I paired this with meditation and daily affirmations, holding my crystals close as I worked on clearing my mind and setting my intentions. Little by little, I started to feel a shift. The negativity that had weighed me down began to lift. My mind became clearer, my actions more deliberate. I felt like I was moving forward—one step at a time, one day at a time.

This transformation reminded me of a phoenix rising from its ashes. Like the mythical bird, I had to let go of what no longer served me and rebuild myself stronger than before. It was through this journey of renewal and growth that the idea for Phoenix & Aura was born. I wanted to create something that could help others experience the same transformation I had.

Phoenix & Aura combines the energy and beauty of crystals with the intention of empowerment and healing. Every piece is designed to remind you that, no matter how heavy life feels, you have the power to rise, heal, and shine. Just as I found my path to joy and clarity, I hope to help others find theirs—one crystal, one step, and one empowered moment at a time.

If you’ve ever felt stuck or weighed down, know this: transformation is possible. Sometimes it starts with something as simple as listening to yourself and believing in your ability to change.
